What a thrilling 2nd place finish in the CamFast I Luv U Mamma tournament in Milledgeville on Saturday, May 10. We played six games in 12 hours (the first four back to back) in a pool of 15 teams!
It started out with two losses in pool play to the Tucker Elite (1-11) and the Shiloh SWAT (6-8). Then in single elimination, we went on to defeat the Lady Noles (7-2), the West Cobb Diamond Devils (an A team playing in a B tournament that broke up right after the tournament) in a tie-breaker (4-3), the Shiloh SWAT (4-2) to get to the Championship Game at 1130pm.
Unfortunately, we lost 6-10 against the Tucker Elite for a well-earned, well-deserved 2nd place finish at 1am! .....And a very early Mother's Day morning gift to some very special Mom's!
